 We currently accept the following insurance plans:
• VA Community Care / TriWest            

• Blue Shield of California
• Federal Employee Program (FEP)      

• Aetna (PPO plans only)

• FSA and HSA payments

Insurance Verification
Please contact our office to confirm your coverage prior to scheduling. We will still need to verify your benefits. You may text a clear photo of the front and back of your insurance card along with your date of birth, or call us directly to check your eligibility. Call or Text (619) 609-5300

We are not in-network with the following insurance plans:
• Medicare    • Sharp Health Plan    • Kaiser    • Optum    • Any HMO plans

As a result, these plans are not billable through our office. Please refer to our Pricing page for current out-of-pocket rates. Payment will be due at the time of service.
