 We currently accept the following insurance plans:
• VA Community Care / TriWest            

• Blue Shield of California
• Federal Employee Program (FEP)      

• Aetna (PPO plans only)

• FSA and HSA payments

Insurance Verification
Please contact our office to confirm your insurance coverage before scheduling. Verification of benefits is required prior to booking your initial appointment and typically takes 2–3 business days.

We are not in-network with the following insurance plans:

• Medicare    • Sharp Health Plan    • Kaiser    

• Optum    • Anthem    • Any HMO plans

As a result, these plans are not billable through our office. Please refer to our Pricing page for current out-of-pocket rates. Payment will be due at the time of service.
