This "Direct Care" model allows us to focus entirely on you, offering clear, all-inclusive rates without the complexity of traditional insurance. In many cases, our flat rates are actually more cost-effective than navigating the high deductibles, co-pays, and "surprise bills" of the big networks. It’s simple, transparent, and designed for straightforward healing.

Private Insurance & Reimbursement 

While we don't bill private companies directly, we make it easy for you to get paid back. If your plan includes out-of-network acupuncture benefits, we will gladly provide you with a Superbill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement. Many of our patients find this is a quick and effective way to use their benefits while receiving the high-quality, one-on-one care they deserve.
